MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Rally for America is to unite like-minded individuals, educate and inform others based on our core values, and to teach people how to secure public policy consistent with those values through constitutionally sound political activism.
We are from all over the USA, united by our shared core values. Dedicated to Americas founding principles of Fiscal Responsibility, Limited Government, Free Markets and Federal Governance as laid out by the Constitution of the United States; most specifically, individual States Rights.
We recognize the strength of grassroots organization powered by passionate activism and civic responsibility from our home towns and cities to Washington, D.C. through public outreach, education and community assemblies. We are dedicated to promoting Life, Liberty through Freedom, and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans. We pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. We intend to remain one Nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. We are a body of dedicated citizens to the United States of America and to the State of Florida, and we are obligated to uphold the Constitutions of both with the utmost of integrity and character.
Our Core Values:
We believe the unconstitutional practice of increasing excessive governmental power , interference in our everyday lives through unbridled legislation, and political correctness has caused more damage to our Constitutional rights and divided our people more than anything else in this Country’s history.
We believe as Americans we must unite Regardless of political Party and show the government that:
We will demand that they abide by the laws set down in the Constitution.
We believe "The Declaration of Independence" is exactly what it says.
It is time for us to restore and reclaim our Independence from the tyranny of the federal government which has become the King George of old.
We believe It is unconstitutional to place the immense debt our Federal Government has created on the shoulders of our children and grandchildren
We believe in our right to peaceful protests.
We believe the big spenders and those who would deny us the rights of Freedom guaranteed by our constitution should be voted out of office.
We believe there are proven ways to create jobs by cutting taxes and eliminating wasteful spending.
We believe in working hard and tirelessly to protect our individual liberties.
Who We Are
We are American Patriots.
We are composed of nonpartisan individuals without regard to party affiliation, loyal only to America and Her People. It is based upon promoting government policies as outlined in our Constitution as developed by our Founding Fathers. Their collective works are our creeds to honor & live by on how a Government, of, by, and for, the people should work. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are our 'list of Commandments'.
We believe that the current government is overblown, excessive, self serving and must once again be brought under the control of the American people.
We are as American as Apple Pie, strongly Patriotic and proud of it. It is our mission to protect these same Patriotic values and Traditions for our Children and Grandchildren. We want future generations of Americans to enjoy the same freedoms and liberties we have enjoyed. This will not be possible if we do not stop Washington from looting the American Citizenry.
We are a grassroots, collaborative organization made up of everyday American Citizens from across the country. Daily, more Americans are waking up to the reality that our elected Representatives are not representing us. Our founding fathers wanted our government to be a very limited government. Moreover, part of our effort is to remind our elected officials that they indeed have limited powers and have abused their positions to promote agendas against the best interest of the American people. The future of our country is literally in the hands of the people.
As loyal patriotic Americans, we embark on this endeavor to revitalize the values that have made America great! America needs us now! Please support our objective to host events that will facilitate the restoration of our Constitutional Republic and continue to educate Americans for generations to come about this historic unification of a generation of Americans who decided to stand up for our beliefs and seek to instill in the heart of each American citizen the vital importance of patriotism and civic responsibility which is our only hope of insuring a future for America's freedom.
Our Goals:
· Provide a platform for the unification of all like-minded organizations and citizens to communicate their efforts in having their voices heard.
· Promote issues that Americans can proudly stand united on such as Increased Individual Liberty, Limited Government, & Constitutional Restoration beginning in the 2010 election cycle.
· Provide a non-partisan view of candidates and their voting records to assist citizens in making informed choices about their representatives.
· Provide voter registration opportunities at all of our public events.
· Protect our 1st Amendment right of free speech in all media outlets.
· Support honest candidates for political office who support limited governmental control
· Stop the out of control spending by the government, at all levels.
· Return the government to the People via the ballot box and work to eliminate & disallow electronic voting in an effort to guarantee your vote can and will be honestly counted!
· Support the secret ballot in all situations.
· Promote fair taxation for all citizens.
· Promote immigration via the legal process rather than amnesty.
On April 15th, 2009 1.2 million people in over 850 cities across the United States of American held Tea Parties to protest the bailouts and fiscal abuse perpetrated by the government. This was just the beginning of a larger movement aimed at restoring the basic free-market principles our country was built on and holding the government responsible for excessive spending. The Tea Party effort has promoted the concept of grass roots collaboration which we have embraced as a volunteer group of every day American citizens. We take pride in the fact that we are part of a 50 state , network of leaders and activists using nothing more than the internet, telephones, a few websites and a burning desire to restore freedom. So now you might ask, What’s next?
Our answer- the Tax Day Tea Party was only the beginning. We are not going to stop until our voice is heard and our government is accountable to the people as the founders intended. We started on our Mission to get the message to our Government that we will not take it anymore. We are here to tell our Governments that we will not allow them to take us down the destructive path they are on and we will demand that they will abide by the laws of the land, established in the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence. If they do not then they will be voted out of office and they will be replaced with officers that represent us, 'We the People!
